Our Mission We provide a wide range of programs, classes, and performances in a nurturing environment that give children and adults opportunity to experience the excitement, vitality, unpredictability and exuberance of live theater, music and arts education. We develop life skills, such as confidence, critical and creative thinking, cooperation and aesthetic sensitivity.







Co-Founder & Artistic Director: Emmy award winning composer and producer and star of stage and screen, Tim Noah has performed countless live performances, including two appearances at Avery Fisher Hall in New York’s Lincoln Center. He has starred in and been the recipient of numerous awards for his work in television and has been seen and heard on HBO, The Disney Channel, Canadian Television and The BBC in England. Mr. Noah maintains a busy schedule composing, writing, producing, directing, teaching and performing. He just finished the music video "Way Back Home" which can be seen on Tim Noah's website. The Kaddywompas Radio Show, performed regularly at Tim Noah Thumbnail Theater is Tim's latest project.
Co-Founder & Artistic Director: With a Masters Of Arts in Education, over 20 years of teaching and 10 years of experience as a Music Specialist, Ms Elliott has produced numerous musical theater productions, inspiring her students to find empowerment through self expression. Ms Elliott continues to teach, produce and direct and has recently rediscovered her passion for writing and performing. She is the co-creator and star of Cyndi Soup at the Imagine Inn, a live musical theater production for families currently being presented at Tim Noah Thumbnail Theater as well as at elementary schools and public libraries throughout the Puget Sound region.
Secretary/Treasure: Lindsay is a long-time preschool teacher, independent school administrative assistant and supporter of the arts in education. She is an accomplished puppet and prop builder and a principal puppeteer for the Thumbs Up Puppeteers, who perform regularly with Cyndi Soup. She has volunteered innumerable hours to the Parent Teacher Association, The League of Women Voters and to the Tim Noah Thumbnail Theater.
Katherine is our newest board member. She has many years of expertise in large, medium, and tiny corporations honing her skills in project leadership, budgets, R&D, manufacturing, and process quality, as well as managing cash flow, supplier negotiations, and inventory. She says her true passion in life is "to create environments in which great people can accomplish great things". Ms. Rowe holds a Master of Science in Management of Technology from MIT and a mechanical engineering degree from Purdue University. She is also a lifetime Girl Scout and troop leader for more than ten years. She has served as a public school classroom volunteer for hundreds of hours and has participated on several district committees and projects.
Supporter of the arts and Tim Noah Thumbnail Theater. Ms Utter has volunteered for many organizations and projects over the years, including the Lynnwood Arts Commission, the Shoreline-Lake Forest Arts Council, and the Lynnwood Convention Center Community Arts Project. She is also actively involved in regional transportation and human service issues through appointment to the Puget Sound Regional Council's Transportation and Growth Management Policy Boards, and the Snohomish County's Emergency Food and Shelter, Community Services Advisory (Distributor of Community Service Block Grants) and the Policy Advisory (distributor of federal Community Development Block Grants) Boards. She has over a decade of experience as a paralegal in the Puget Sound Area, and is currently serving her third term on the Lynnwood City Council. She is a first year student in Dan Evans Master in Public Administration and Nonprofit management program at the University of Washington.
Jesse has performed in Theater his entire life, both professionally and for community theater. He traveled the country in musical tours as a dancer, singer, and actor. He holds a degree in dance and music from the University of Washington, and has most enjoyed his work for the 5th Avenue Theater in Seattle. Jesse loves choreography and teaching people how to enjoy the freedom of dance, both as an art, as a craft, and as exercise.
